All outstanding fees become immediately due

Completed deliverables transfer upon full payment
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
